PocDoc® is a platform that offers an intelligent first aid system as well as telemedical services and video consultations with vets. The PocDoc® system comprises a first aid kit and an app that interacts with it, which is also available offline.
In an emergency, the app guides you through simple questions to determine the correct treatment. Each step is explained with application pictures. There are over 300 treatment steps to choose from.
In the PocDoc® first aid kit you will find a QR code. Once scanned, this will take you to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Once you have downloaded the app, the activation code included in the kit can be used to activate the app.
Quick support from emergency vets is available over the phone or by video consultation via the PocDoc® app.
Video consultations with vets can be booked via the PocDoc® platform. These are paid for in advance by the
policyholder by credit card. The invoice can then be submitted to ERV.
