Walter Wattinger was appointed CEO of ERV in January 2023. He has many years of experience in the insurance sector; among other things he held various management positions at Sanitas and was latterly Head of Claims Management there. He holds a Master of Arts in business administration and an Executive Diploma in Insurance Management, both from the University of St. Gallen.

Petra Eggimann has been Head of Sales since January 2019. She has been with ERV in various functions since 2008 and shaped the Broker and Corporate Customers division for several years. She holds a diploma from the Juventus School of Trade and Commerce, a CAS in General Management and a CAS in Strategic Management from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences.

Isabelle Meymandi has been Head of Products & Marketing since October 2020. She has many years of insurance experience from various positions at Helvetia and Zurich. She holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the University of Basel.

Davide Simone has been Head of the Claims Centre since 2014. He has been with ERV since 2001 in various functions, most recently as Head of Service & Claims. He has a diploma from a commercial and business school and a diploma as an insurance specialist.

Adrian Kaufmann has been Head of Operations since November 2020. He held various positions at Nationale Suisse and Helvetia from 2013 onwards before joining ERV at the beginning of 2020. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.

Jan Gretsch took over responsibility for the Business Transformation team in October 2023. He joined Helvetia in 2011 and has been working for ERV since 2021. Over recent years he has been able to gain valuable experience in a number of roles. He has a Master's degree in Business and Economics from the University of Basel.
